Angel’s Life Solutions Lifestyle Center is a unique center to learn and experience individual and group training in many areas of healing and guidance. Build an awareness for a healthier lifestyle and wanting to learn and grow as an individual. You start with a one to one session with Angel Obert, the Director, and find an efficient, effective path for yourself. With her experience and skills, she may take you on as a personal client, suggest you participate in one of the group classes offered or refer you out to one of her preferred referral sources (all of which she uses personally in her own path to health, wellness, business, and life).
Angel has an innate ability to guide people in the correct and true path to changing their physique, changing their habits and creating an environment of positive influence and energy around themselves. Angel is a Lifestyle Consultant and Health/Fitness Coach. The Lifestyle Center offers many group classes available taught by Angel and also by her partner, Ron Morris. Memberships are available for those wanting a complete package of fitness, guidance and specialized training. You can take specific courses or have individualized training. All of it is available at Angel’s Life Solutions.
